Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the application form (in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).

Terms and conditions of return

In order to return the goods, you must fill out a return form (application) for

the return of goods:

In addition, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” please attach photos of the defect/mechanical damage (if any), photos of the belt's appearance, photos of the integrity of the seal (barcode), photos of the factory packaging, and photos of the payment document to this application.

 

If the goods do not suit you in terms of shape, size, dimensions, style, or color, and you want to return them, the return will be made at your expense.

Belts with individual engraving made for you are not subject to exchange or return.

 

Second, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” when concluding a distance contract, the seller must provide the consumer with all necessary information about the product, price, warranty obligations, period for accepting offers, and procedure for terminating the contract.

Any product of good quality that has not been personalized can be returned (i.e., any personalized product cannot be exchanged or returned).

You can return goods of acceptable quality to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that the goods are in good condition, i.e., the tags are still attached to the belt and the receipt is available. Returns are made through Nova Poshta LLC. After we receive the goods, the funds will be returned to your account within 5 business days. In this case, the customer bears the transportation costs.

 

Goods of inadequate quality are not subject to return (except for manufacturing defects on our part).
